Prosecuting Attorney, Oakland County Prosecutor's Office.
Served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Oakland County Circuit
Court prosecuting felony criminal offenses. Experience included assignments
in the Circuit Court, District Court, Family Court Division, Warrants
Division and specialized unit assignments including:
Special Prosecuting Attorney for the Narcotics Unit. Prosecuted high-level
felony drug crimes and criminal conspiracies involving the delivery,
manufacture or production of controlled substances.
Special Prosecuting Attorney for the Auto Theft Unit. Prosecuted felony
criminal offenses related to auto theft, fraudulent purchases of autos,
false police reports, insurance fraud and chop shops.
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Muskegon County Prosecutor's
Office.
Legal Instructor, Oakland Police Academy.
Associate Trial Attorney; Blake, Kirchner, Symonds, MacFarlane,
Larson & Smith, P.C. Represented individuals and corporations in
handling civil litigation issues including employment discrimination,
contractual disputes, corporate liability issues and general business
